During this 60-minute Bodyweight Boot Camp Class, we will be engaging in exercises at a moderate to vigorous intensity for the whole body. Throughout the workout you will be improving your strength, mind and cardiovascular health. Items to bring to class: Yoga mat, towel and water. This class is open to ages 13-17 years old. Class is limited to 12 children.
